Warranty Policy

KuKirin provides a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from kukirin-escooter.co.uk. Please retain your purchase receipt to verify warranty eligibility.

Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • During the warranty period, we will provide troubleshooting, free repair services, or replacement parts to resolve eligible issues.
  • Tires and brake pads are consumable parts and have a warranty period of 1 month.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or riding in unsuitable conditions (for example, water damage, crashes, or improper storage).
  • Damage or faults caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-original parts.
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.
  • Products purchased from other platforms or unauthorized dealers.

Battery Range Disclaimer

Battery range data is based on standard test conditions: 60 kg rider, 25°C, 20 km/h average speed, and flat city roads. Actual performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding style. Reduced range due to battery defect is covered by warranty.

Warranty Process

  • Contact us by email at support@kukirin-escooter.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue (including photos or video if possible).
  • Our support team will diagnose the problem and provide a solution, which may include sending replacement parts with instructions or arranging repair service.
  • If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer will be responsible for repair costs and shipping fees.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are valid only with proof of purchase from kukirin-escooter.co.uk.
  • The warranty is void if the product is modified, used improperly, or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
  • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
